Then we have the poster sessions. The information on posters is limited, quite inflexible and it is difficult to grab people's attention for the time it takes to fully understand what the poster tries to say. The same is true for email reminders.

Games are definitely fun (the good ones) but even more costly than workshops and only suitable for the goal they were developed for. The nature of Games is fairly generic.

So all together: effects are short lived, methods are inflexible and not suitable for quick reactions, the cost is high  and on top of that there is no management reporting telling how successful the action was.

All in all a sad story, Right?
