E-learning for InfoSec is not very attractive and has motivational issues. People get bored, it is not very inspiring, the effects are typically very short lived, and productive hours are lost.

Workshops can be fun, but are costly, cause a lot of unproductive hours, cannot be used to quickly address new issues, and the long term effects are generally disappointing.
